    I just joined a social media site called Pinterest. It is a site where you can "pin" pictures or blogs on your own "boards". When you join, you add a button to your favorites on your computer. When you are browsing the internet, you can click on  something and pin it to one of your boards. When you click on the picture on your board, you will be taken back to the original source.
    You can follow other people on Pinterest and if you like something of theirs, you can pin it on your board. You can browse by category if you are interested in something in particular. Many people use the site as a place to keep ideas and recipes organized so they can find them later.

_I am a member of some social media sites but I don't want to join Twitter. None of my friends use Twitter and I don't see myself using Twitter to follow anyone else. I also have concerns about privacy because of the following article I read.

"In a move that has sparked privacy concerns among social media users, Twitter is granting data mining companies access to comb its archives. More than 250 million tweets are sent everyday, representing a treasure trove of personal data. Twitter says it's opening that data vault and selling tweets dating back two years to marketing companies."

Reflection on poetic voices:

It was interesting to hear slices of life from another person's point of view. There were some very complex issues presented through poetry. I think it is important for people to have a voice which they can express through poetry or some other form of communication such as art or music.

My poem is a simple one but it is about the complex things that can be going on in a person's life even though on the surface, everything seems fine.

This poster shows the changes in the blood vessels and the effect on people with Raynaud's disease.
